Conditions of participation and statuses of the union

UNIDIA

ATTENDEE

Anyone can acquire the Listener status after registering and purchasing an annual subscription.

Throughout the year, the listener is provided with access to lessons, seminars and conferences of the union. 
The subscription is renewed once a year. The subscription price is 24 euros per year.

The status of a listener does not give the right to: participate in exhibitions as part of Unidia, participate in the events of the union as a speaker (with the exception of personal invitations), and also be called a member of Unidia.

Applicant

The Applicant status is assigned after passing the preliminary selection.

To pre-qualify, an Applicant must register on the website, pay for an annual subscription to UNIDIA events and complete an Applicant Form.
Each application is reviewed by a panel of UNIDIA Members. 
If the application is approved, the artist must pay a service fee of 30 euros for the work of the examination board.

From that moment on, he has two attempts and six months of time to prepare for the exam. According to a written statement, this time can be frozen for a period not exceeding one year.

The exam is held on a competitive basis several times a year. A list of competition topics can be found in advance.

All applicants who took part in the competition receive detailed feedback in writing from the members of the examination committee.

Finalists who successfully passed the exam and received a sufficient number of points are admitted to the union as full members (masters).

It is possible to transfer to the status of Maestro on a competitive basis.

Maestro status is awarded for undisputed achievements in the field of puppet art. This status can only be obtained by invitation.

Maestros take part in the events of the union exclusively at their own request. They are also exempted from paying membership fees.

The honorary Ambassador status is awarded to doll collectors and sponsors.

Throughout the year, the Ambassador is given access to lessons, seminars and conferences of the union. In addition, during the union exhibition, the Ambassador has the opportunity to make the purchase of the dolls first. The Ambassador must notify the leaders of the union in advance about the desire to make purchases at the exhibition.

The Ambassador status does not give the right to: participate in exhibitions as part of Unidia, participate in the events of the union as a speaker (with the exception of personal invitations), and also be called a member of Unidia.

Membership fee 24 euros per year.
